Sir

Can I use 89s52 microcontroller to control stepper motor to move Forward,Back ward,Left and Right as the toy car do with remote controller ?

If yes please tell me how, and am writing program in assembly.

Give me more information of your car :
Describe the wheel drive mechanism.
Are you going to drive the back wheels together or seperate?
Describe the steering mechanism
Is the steering going to be bang-bang or linear?

You must first do a full mechanical design before you can do the coding?

Other than what klystron said. Do you think stepper motor is cheaper than a DC motor which as well can do the job. After all it is the simplest job to be executed.

Thankyou

Sir
It is not so difficult one am using two wheels at side by and one castor wheel at front as you may have seen in projects.
One more thing it should carry around 10 to 15 kg of weight so am using two 6volt,1 amp,1.8 degree stepper motors. Weather it works or not i don't know

No i got these motor from my friend so am using .

The most important is how many phases the stepper motor has. For 1 Amp per phase this will have approx 1-2 Kg.cm torque and it should be written on the motor or datasheet. With gear sets it should give more torque. So on a flat surface travel, I think this should move but it will be slow and more over the battery will exaust fast may be in 5-10 mins.

Thank you

Thank you sir

It has 6 wires bipolar stepper another is same as first one but it don't have any label on it. so which one you suggest me stepper motor or geared dc motor.?

if it has 6 wires it means it is 2 phase bi-polar stepper motor. I will not be able to tell you the exact torque of this one. But looks like something that is used in dot matrix printers. I still suggest you to get a Geared DC Motor that is easily available in the market. I hope you are from India. If yes then you have lots and lots them available. If by any chance if you don't get Geared DC Motor then you can use the existing one, construct your car with a lesser weight and gradually increase the weight till it can lift and move.

Thankyou

Thank you sir

I will try as you suggested

Thank you very much.
