I want Design 10MHZ RF circuit
because some part broken
pls help me
asap

is this a 10MHz reference oscillator ?, a transmitter ?

a bit more info on what you are trying to achieve would be helpful in being able to help you :)

Dave

I nEED this one use for medical machine use !!
because on board one part broken and my supplier said must change all
do you know this part

It looks like it could be an amplifier, but I can't find any hits on the part number. Do you have a part of the circuit schematic that this came out of? Seeing what's around it might give you/us a clue what the part's function was.

i can't find any text
or you can advide which part can replace

I can't recognized it sorry for that but i will try.........

Thats an RF power transistor, not an oscillator, tho it may be amplifying the output of an oscillator

show us a photo of the whole cct board it came out of. you are making it very difficult for us to help you by only giving us all just tiny bits of seemingly unrelated information

cheers
Dave

PS. that transistor may come from this company ...maybe... STMicroelectronics
tho it isnt showing their usual logo

We need to know what circuit this device fits into, in order to come up with any recommendations for alternate parts. Show us a schematic, or a high resolution picture of the circuitry surrounding this device on the board. What the circuit does (signals, power levels, etc) would be helpful in analyzing the problem, too.

It might be a Russian made HF transistor..

I don't recognize a know major manufacturer. The star logo is surely not ST Microelectronics, I rather guess it's from a chinese manufacturer. Can you tell about the possible country of origin? Where the instrument comes from?

Yes, Russia is another good guess.
