I want to know how to obtain specific value MIM capacitor in IE3D...and is it same as chip capacitor which is modelled in agilent ADS..Please help!!

Guys pls reply, if anybody has encountered a similar problem...I still don knw hw 2 design the capacitor and because of which my project cant mov ahead!!

mim capacitor is one type of on-chip capacitors. it has two metal plates and one insulator plate. You may find the substrate and conductor definitions in the documents provided by the foundry.
