Meanings of parameters in DC analysis

Hi,

I am using Cadence 614 spectreRF for simple circuit design. When I finished the DC analysis, I could see the result summay by choosing results -> Print -> DC operating points and select the device. Some parameters I can understand like Cgd, gm, Id, etc. But some of them I dont know the difinition like Cgg, Cdgbo, etc.

My question is where I can find the difinitions for those parameters.

You should find from the documentation of your process the model that runs behind and from it's respective manual search for the definitions of the above terms.If the model is BSIM check this link :
