I have proteus software but I am new to it and don't have much time to learn it. Circuit is from this website "http://www.dharmanitech.com/2008/08/make-yourself-atmega32-starters-kit.html". The layout provided here is not in proportion. So can anybody design it on the similar lines as in the website preferably in proteus and tell me the steps. Thanks in advance.......

Whenever I have to meake a pcb layout is it necessary to first work in ISIS and then in ARES. I mean can't I directly make layout in Ares

yes you can
Open ARES..... pick up components (the same ICon as ISIS)

then from left choose Ratsnest mode ICON ( don't care about routing just connect pins by this tool)
then make the same as tutorial i posted before

Now there are few components that I am unable to locate like RTC DS1305 and DS1307. There r few more components that I can't locate. You said menu is same but when I go in ares package mode I can't find atmega32 where as its there in ISIS.

aha
Open ISIS search for say DS1305 choose it and then
open it's Edit properties you will find PCB package
take the package code and goto ARES search by it in the component icon

and that's why i prefer to make it in ISIS and just click ARES icon in toolbar after finishing

Hey thanks for that but I want to use DS1305 which comes in DIP 20 pin and 16 pin. Now its not there even in ISIS . What to do?

One humble request- Can you design this pcb layout for me. As I was banking on the layout given in the above mentioned website ("http://www.dharmanitech.com/2008/08/make-yourself-atmega32-starters-kit.html"). I am slogging since morning but facing problems. I have to complete it by today. At least go to the website and evaluate how tedious is it for you. Thanking you for your consideration.......

sorry for late replay...was having exam

i hope you made it......
pcb is tedious a lot...but you will be happy when you see your final project just try
