hello everybody!

I'm now working with Sentaurus TCAD to develop three-dimensional simulation of an CMOS device.

And I read some materiales about “Paint-by-numbers” strategy, however, I am still confused.

Anyone who knows about Sentaurus TCAD “Paint-by-numbers” strategy or have some examples about it, please help me.
