Can we use ISIS to debug hitech picc code?

calculator program in picc

yes it is possible you just need to use .cof file in source input instead of hex file

faild to load cof file

:? 8O :?

I tried the .cof file it worked but i couldn't debug. I couldn't see the code.
Then i tried to recompile but mplab didn't do it. It was working yesterday but not working today. What may be the problem of the mplab v6.60 with htpic v8.01pl3?

for hitech c compiler you must load .cof file for debuging once you load your file in controller press Ctrl and F12 debuging will start or better to pm me i will see what wrong

picc proteus

Something's happened but i couldn't solve. I reinstalled both hitech and mplab. But mplab isn't compiling. It gives "build failed" error. On the other hand hitech isn't producing .cof file. What happened, i don't understand actually. It was producing .cof file before and mplab was building .c code. :?

so this is all fault with your compiling tools for your information just run picc18 calculator in sample folder come with hitech code and you will see
that debug mode work by pressing ctrl and F12 key

picc failed to load cof

I tried in a different PC and it worked as you said. I installed as the same manner and did completely the same things but it isn't working in this machine. It's very mysterious.

proteus mplab picc

too many cracks

in your software

mplab unable do load .cof

So you say it's because of winxp. But the program works alone itself. The main problem is with mplab. I think it needs proper configuration and i changed it by mistake. And i must correct it but i don't know what's wrong and what will i change.

you have to reconfigure your hitech compiler and mplab you are missing some thing all prob due to this check all option on that where it working fine and reconfigure it like that configurations it must work i do not think so it is due to winxp
