Hello,

For a 230VAC offline, fully isolated flyback, what is the thickness of insulation tape required between primary and secondary?

Hello,

Try to get a copy of (for example EN 60950), this will give you guidance. If you search on the web, you may find it for free. You also need to know the installation category as this determines the peak over voltage you may expect, this has large influence on thickness. Note that there are differences in measuring procedures between safety standards for several product ranges.
