usb virtual com port problem

Dear All,

is any one using USB as virtual comport. we are using stm32f103 controller and
usb as virtual comport. communication is getting disturbed frequently and some times even it is shown in device manager as stmvirtual comport(com3) communication is not happening.

can any one give the solution.
