hi guys,
I'm in the midst of my line follower circuit project. It is actually a transistor based line follower. Here's what I'm doing Build Your Own Transistor Based Mobile Line Follower Robot (LFR) I'm using a 2N3904 NPN BJT. Is it possible to replace the transistor with an IC and without altering the other elements connected? What is the equivalent IC of the 2N3904 transisor? It should be done without the use of microcontrollers. Ireally need your help. I need to submit it on monday. I hope you could help me. thank you very much!

you can use L293D or L298 driver for your replacement... you can compare its working and requirement in the pdf....

what pdf file? is L293D or L298 an IC?

I think I gave you a schematic in the other post. Anyway here it is again. If this does not satisfy you then please reply with NOT HELPFUL. So that no posts will be required.

Thankyou

sorry if I offended you in some way sir. I was just concerned with other circuit element I already used. I'm just wandering if I could still retain them with the equivalent IC of the transistor because I already mounted it in the PCB.

You have not offended me. That was because it appeared second time in just couple of days without the previous one closed.

Thankyou very much for reply.
