Good evening.I'd like to know if someone can tell me why my TEk 2440, when it's turned on, sometimes gives me only an orange screen with the two leds "ready" and "arm" set,and there is no beam!
Thanks in advance.

may be you can go there and download the service manual for this scope ?

Thanks for your answer Kripton2035.
I've read that trigger led turn on if there is a problem, and they are use to determine what type of problem is it (trigger led binary coding for diagnostic test),when the display is fault and i cant'use the extented-diagnostics test.
To resolve the problem i must shut down the tek 2440 a few minutes more of once ,and when i restart it and i do the ext-diag test all the message says "Pass"
Did you have an idea if is a calibration problem or is something else?
Regards Robert

It is better to send it to Tek for repair.

Thanks leo_o2.Have you an idea what kind of problem is it?

I think it is not to be calibration problem. It is hard to know the exact reason.
