Dear all,

Where I can find the MOS model files for PSPICE simulations.? The MOSIS provides HSPICE compatible MOS model files only. If you have any information on MOS model files for PSPICE then please share it.

Thanks in advance,
suppi

Pspice & Hspice are very similar. You should be able to use the models. You may need to do the odd bit of model editing.

What i understood from websites is that HSPICE levels are 50+ and PSICE can be at max 7. Somehow i manged to get one model file (90nm technology). When I used it PSPICE it flashed some errors mainly for
levels,
VTH0,
LPE0.

Is there any software/executable which converts HSPICE model file to PSPICE compatible model file ??

Thanks,
suppi

You could have a look here: FAQ: MOSIS Spice Model Parameters

You can often get things working simply by changing the "level=xx" statement to whatever is required by Pspice. I cannot remember what the BSIM3 level is for Pspice, but it should be in your documentation. I frequently have to edit "level" statements.
