HI everyone

I want to simulate MOS noise

which are Thermal noise and flicker noise.

for approch this noise simulate , I am going to use Monte carlo simulation
in HSPICE.

I put the device variation like below

.tran 1us 100ms sweep monte=30
.param LENGTH=0.35u
.param LEFF=GAUSS (LENGTH, .05, 3)
(of course, this is length variation)

and.... I saw in HSPICE manual that AvanWave is able to calculate only the sum of results

The maunal said When you need to know every single curves, i must use .measure statement

Dose anyone have a idea about this?
how can I see every single curve?
am i doing very well? T.T

Why are you doing a Monte Carlo analysis to simulate noise? To find out the noise you need one simulation, not 30
