Our company is looking for a test lab that can take our simple PC based boards (PCI & USB) and do the minimum FCC and CE testing for PCB compliance marking.

We need someone to turnkey this - we do not need lab time to do the tests ourselves - we do not have time.

We would prefer an offshore facility if possible. The US labs we have used in the past have quoted a fixed price - then once they got our boards and were about halfway done they suddenly came up with "oh by the ways" - you need to pay us hourly T&M rates to finish.

There is an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory located in Penang, Malaysia: PSDC EMC Laboratory. It is accredited by A2LA (American Association for Laboratory Accreditation). The laboratory provides both compliance testing for regulatory FCC / CE marking, and non-compliance testing for design verifications. They have test specialists available to assist you on the testing, while you can ship your EUT to them to carry out the testing.

The laboratory's ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation body, A2LA, is a signatory to the International Laboratory Accreditation Corporation (ILAC) Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA). Details you may refer to: **broken link removed**.
