Dear friends,

I want to get an electrical equivalent ckt of model structure drawn in HFSS tool so that i can process it further for analysis.

Plz guide me if we can have such option available with software.

Even I am looking for the same. I heard that you can use Q3D or Maxwell 3D from Ansoft to do this. But I never tried any of these. Let me know if it works out for you.

for exporting Equivalent circuit, after simulation your circuit from results section select solution date and there is a tap for exporting equivalent circuit

Thank you..We tried that the same way.But, option is not getting enabled (we are able to see the option). Can you just elaborate on this please...
 

You will need a license from ANSYS to export a fullwave SPICE model from HFSS. I would contact your account manager :)
