Hi everyone,

I have a .net file(CMOSP18 "rf018.net") of TSMC (0.18um Mixed-Signal SALICIDE(1P6M+, 1.8V/3.3V)),and I have been using the "Netlist Include" component in ads 2009, only for simulating MOSFET(just by changing model name of MOSFET),and I could run simulations without any trouble.

Now, I would like to add some passive components like inductors and capacitors on the circuit, but by using inductors and capacitors of the "rf018.net" model.

Does anyone know how I can do it?
I tried to use also a "Netlist Include", but which symbol in ADS that represents the inductor model and a capacitor model that could be used with the same variable parameters as they are reserved in "rf018.net" model ?

Once again,thanks a lot.

check if you have access to a RF library with Cadence
