how to give parameters for Zener diode (5z6) in cadence?

can any body please suggest me the model and other parameters of zener diode (5z6) in cadence?

model name:
divice area
junction perimeter
lenth
width
multiplier
etc

I suggest you go find a reference part and snag its mfr's
PSPICE model. Then you massage that into Spectre
compatible (simulator lang=spice at the head, =spectre
again at the tail). Put the model someplace it will be
found. Edit the include-chain to pull in 'dz5p6.scs' and
propertize the analogLib model with the modelName you
have in the .scs file. Bing, bang, done.
