Pl. help me to design a UPS or inverter
batery 100 Amp 12 volts
power around 1K Watts
Out put sine wave
home supply 220 Volts ac 50 Hz

Thanks:razz:

Hi,
Do you plan to use microcontroller? If so which one?
If not, it is achievable, but the circuit becomes quite complex.

Moreover, do you intend to use SMPS or bulky iron core based?

Tahmid.

Dear tahmid i wanna use PIC184520 is it possible to solve that problem

Hi,
With 18F4520, it is possible and a very nice inverter can be made, but you need to know how to do so. The coding is slightly tougher considering that you have a sine wave output and you also need to provide feedback, alongside checking for overload, short-circuit, low-battery, etc. However, it is achievable and much easier than using discrete circuitry.

Tahmid.

Hi Tahmid,
thanks for the reply.

do you have any suggestion or help with quick circuit im newbie in that world.

sorry for expecting quick help.

I want to make a UPS at my specific controller Mega series as ATMega-8 or ATMega8535.
I want to make a inverter out put sine wave.
I want to use SMPS technology.
if it is made lower watt say 500 or 300 no problem at start, afterword we can increase the power.
I want to use MOSFET in the out put.
That all my plan.
