how to calculate size, length, taper rate in vivaldi design for 3.3GHz as center frequency?

can i take frequency range from 3.1-3.5ghz?
length of taper = lambda lambda is centre frequency or upper or lower freq?
width of taper = lambda /2 lambda is centre frequency or upper or lower freq?

where to put probe.
can i put full plane port?
Is input & output port is required?

Length of taper = lamda at lower frequency.
Width of taper = lamda/2 at lower frequency.
You can use a microstrip as a feed line. If you designing a Vivaldi Antenna, then only one input port and measure the S11.

What is the dielectric constant and height of the substrate ?

I have duroid and high of the substrate is 5 mm.
How can I calculate the port size?

Hi wellbehaving,

First of all, which EM software are you using ? and secondly what is the frequency and dielectric constant of the duroid substrate (specifying the height is not enough)?
