PAL coding/decoding using fpga and ADV7171 ADV7181

Hi all,
I have a board that used ADV7171 and ADV7181 and one FPGA. I want to code image and decode it with another board. a simple work that I have done is that I shifted each line and in another side I shifted input image in reverse order but the result has a problem. one dark vertical line appered in screen and I dont know where is the fault. I have double buffer in my FPGA. in simulation buffers address and read address is correct but in real implementation I have this problem.I don't know that if ADC or DAC may cause this problem or not. I'll appreciate anybody who can help me.

Many regards.
