I have a filter -> amplifier -> rectifier/peak detector operated in single supply however I am unable to run the simulation on Pspice, though I am able to run each section separately.
How can I fix this convergence problem? Is it some minor tweak on my part?

Is there a ground missing on the peak detector?

Are you sure the feedback for the THS4521 is correct? VOUT+ should feedback to VIN- but I cannot read your diagram. The pin numbers don't seem to tie in with the datasheet. Pin 6 looks like an output in your diagram but is Vs- in the datasheet. Maybe they are the order of the pins in the spice model, in which case it may be correct - it is difficult to tell with the small diagram.

Keith.

Also try to set the minimum step size lower (pspice setting), if you set the simulation time high, orcad will automatically select the minimum step size, if the simu. time is larger, the minimum step size will be larger, for some circuits which need more steps, this could lead to convergence errors.

If you switch large currents(not your case) and diodes, transistors, adding a small 0.0001Ohm series resistor can help
