what does STANDARD 0.35micron n-well process means?

hello guys..

I have a paper here with the following data:
Vin range: 1.2V - 3V
Vout range : 3.6V - 6V
It was implemented using the STANDARD 0.35micron n-well process.
The 0.35micron has 3.3V and 5V. In this case, what do you think
the author used in this process? 3.3V or 5V. I can't find it in the paper.
They just said they used a standard 0.35micron n-well.

Dual Voltage processes - very common -
Look for any Voltage Shifter or power adapter elements that does 3.3V / 5V up/down conversions.

I assume that this paper uses the 5V option of the 0.25micron process.
But it just said, they're using the standard 0.25micron process.
Did they used 2.5V or 5V? I'm confused...

another question: I will be having this data in my design, Vin (2.7~4.2) and Vo(3.5~5.0).
Can I used the 2.5V of the 0.25micron process?
