Hi all
I am measuring slew rate of 2 stage op amp (diff input, single output). I use method connecting output to inverting input and testing square wave to non- inverting input. I expect the output should follow input with slew rate limited. But I did not get full vdd from output(I got vdd -100mV). Could anyone tell me what happen? Thanks

What is the opamp? Presumably not one with rail-rail input and output?

Hi keith1200rs

Thanks for replying my post. This is not rail to rail op amp.

That explains you results. If it has rail-rail output but not input then you can use a circuit which keeps the input within the working range e.g. with some gain or by injecting an input offset to one of the inputs.
