How to study radiation effect with Pspice simulation

Hi:

I am trying to do some radiation effect simulation with Pspice. My intention is to study the potential effects of heavy ions on CMOS transistor and photodiode. If anybody have done such work before, if you did, would you please give a hint. Thank you so much!
