Dear Sir,

I have attached the schematic of the mobile charger. I want to increase the output from 5V to 12 Volts to drive LEDs in series.

Should I increase the zener voltage or change some resistor voltage. Please guide me.

I can also wound more turns in smps secondary if need arise or build a new smps transformer.

This charger works from 100 to 285 Volts. But I will use it only in > 200 volts .

Thank you.

This charger can not give you an output more than 6volt because the secondary winding is desinge for that voltage, except you will increase the secondary winding your self.

I will double the turns in the secondary winding, but what other changes 1 should make in the circuit for 12 volts output.

Thanks

zener value=? ,which contected though c845 & zener value=? ,which contected though 13003.
my rqerment is ... i want it opreting volt 80v to 500 v
pl help me . also need transformer detials

You dont have to make any changes from the circute the only thing you will do is to increase your secondary winding, except you want to increase the power, then you have modified the circute.

Sahu, you can not used this diagram for the specifications you mention above,i suggest you find a suitable bulk converter circute for your requirement.

I am little busy now but i will find time and upload the circute diagram.

You only have to change the zener. I have test a lot of times and work perfectly.

Another mobile chargers (chinese chargers), work with feedback, with a zener and an optocoupler (in the secondary), you only have to make the same, change the zener 5,1 V, and put a 12 V, or 9 V or 15 V, depending of the voltage you want to obtain. More than 15 V is dangerous for the charger.

need smps transformer details also

I use mobile chargers (chinese feedback) with 12 V LED STRIP, and I only change the zener.

And WORK.
