UPS circuit for Motercycle battry

i want to construct ups which will draw power from motorcycle battery .
my requirements are to light up 3 energy savors (0.14 A, 20W 220v)
for 3 to 4 hrs.
can any body helps me to design such UPS circuits

Hi,
Assuming that your motorcycle battery is 12v, this is the simplest circuit I can think of:



The controller is SG3525. RT and CT determine the frequency, RD the deadtime.

What are the spec's on the motorcycle battery...type?...voltage?...Ah rating? Do you need to electrically start the motorcycle after the 3-4hours?
