I'm about to test a single active mixer of a direct conversion system (zero IF), Is there any good method to do the impedance match on "RF, LO & IF" port, in the precondition that Gain, Voltage 1dB compression point and NF would not be changed obviously, or these these specification could be attained by some calculations from testing data.

About the mixer:

Operating frequency------ 5GHz
BW ------- 10MHz
Impedance of RF: small capacitance, about 200 fF
LO: 14-j110
IF: 6K Ohm

Hi,all

Is there anyone who knows how to test the mixer's performance? What should I prepare before IC is taped out? Thanks a lot!
