who has the boost or buck-boost converter specs for any cellphone?

Hi, I want to know how many power converters are there in a cellphone,

and what are their specs?

where can I find some document about these specs?
 

An example for boost:
output voltage: 5V, accuracy: +/-2%, current: 500mA, Efficiency>80%, Ripple<10mV
