pls help : How to find a Mosfet

pls i need help to find a MOSFET which can stand up to 310 volt V(drain,source)
and up to 5 amp.........the problem with me is the voltage i searched a lot but the MAX. voltage i found (60 v / and 70) amp .....it's good if the Mosfet IRFZ type...............or any other method to overcome the problem of high voltage (Vds)

However, a very popular MOSFET that is very close to your requirements is IRF730 - 400V, 5.5A. Here is the datasheet:
