Hi all,
I am using process 180nm for chip design. Are there anybody who can give me "channel-length modulation factor (lambda)" for NMOS and PMOS?
Many thanks!

You can extract parameter lamda by using simple simulation of Id Vgs Vds and also you can use the analysis and statistic method, refer to Allen book Appendix B.
Good luck!

thanks for your advice. but I don't have this book. Can you give me this book (pdf format or something like that)?
Thanks again.

We are not allowed to post links of books, papers etc. here...Google it and you will find a link to download it from the various existing file hosting services (rapidshare,hotfile...).If you are not able to find it PM me to send it to you.

you surely dont use level1 mosfet model library!
for high level libraries you deal with different model..
see Gray&Meyer 4 (or 5) ed. chap 2 sec 9
