The **broken link removed** is a monolithic CMOS integrated circuit designed for dual-tone-multi-frequency(DTMF) telephone dialing. The WE9187 was designed specifically for performance:single contact static keyboard inputs, sigle tone inhibit option,wide-supply operation with regulated output, and opposite-polarity logic output(one with pulsh-pull output and the other open emitter output).

The maximum ratings of the WE9187 can be summarized as1):the characteristic is supply voltage, the symbol is VDD,the value is 10.5,the unit is V;(2):the characteristic is input voltage range, the symbol is Vin,the value is -0.3+V to +0.3+VDD,the unit is V;(3):the characteristic is power dissipation per package for Ta=25℃,the symbol is PD,the value is 500,the unit is mW;(4):the characteristic is power dissipation per package for Ta=25 to +60℃,the symbol is PD,the value is derate linearly to 150,the unit is mW;(5):the characteristic operating temperature range, the symbol is TA,the rating is -30 to +60,the unit is ℃;(6):the characteristic is storage temperature, the symbol is Tstg, the value is -55 to +150,the unit is ℃;(7):the characteristic is lead temperature, the symbol is TL,the rating is +265,the unit is ℃.
