Hi to all,

I want to knew if there is any difference between Hspice and Hspice RF in the commands? If yes, where I Can download Hspice RF?

Thks

Hi,
Hispice RF is more advanced than HSpice because it allow to simulate phase noise

Thank for your answer :)
Juste another question, can I simulate the compression point (IP3) with Hspice RF?

Hi ingfran,

Yes... There is small diferences in the commands. But the most part are equal for HSPICE and RF-HSPICE.
You can measure IP3. In the on-line manual, you can find an example showing how to measure it. Take a look in the "Example3: Using HB analysis for an Amplifier".
Best Regards.

Hi,
Where I can download HSPICE-RF? Can you help me?
