Hi..i have newly designed adder circuit..i want to know how to design and simulate in software...which is the best tool to design and simulate for a mini project for my m tech,give me some use full tips for design...:)wat all major constraints need to br verified?

Proteus is not free. For a free simulator you could look at LTSPICE.
