Hello

I'm using a GLCD KS0108 128x64 with Pic 18 familly and would like to add a touchpannel on it.

Has someone already have experience regarding how to get a touchpannel working with a GLCD ?

We can find touchpannels on Ebay but i don't know how interfacing them with a Pic or another µC :

I found that touchscreens should work with "AK4183" a I2C controller,
but i will really appreciate if you can share you experience or provide a test code to get a touchscreen working with a Pic.

Many thanks,

Hi,

Have a look at this site / thread though its in assembler code.
My GLCD Touchscreen project (In progress)

I imagine MikroE have C code for that glcd and touch screen as its part of their boards.

Also look up AtomSoft on the ET site, he had done many posts on glcds etc.
