fuzzy logic implementation!!!

i have to control temperature of induction heater by using fuzzy logic , i want to know what will be better option for implementing fuzzy logic ;either plc or micro-controller (pic or 8051)???

PLC as fuzzy logic needs complex reasoning in code not handled by 8051 accurately.
or use fuzzy logic controller with PIC or 8051

Yes PIC or AVR, but you may also need additional like fuzzy controller or compensator in many applications

You can use any of them to implement fuzzy rule base. Basically it depends on your application
