Dac -formula to calculate output voltage....?

Hi

I am using DAC7800(12 bit),i connected vref to -5v and operating voltage of DAC is 5v.I want to know what is the formula to calculate the voltage.....
whether output voltage will be in positive or in negative......
can anyone tell me

u ll get the o/p voltage in -ve
Vo=Vref/4096(for 12bit)
since u r using -ve ref u ll get output in -ve

i am getting positive voltage....
i have attached my schematic and pls see to it.....
tell me why output voltage is positive....
