gsm modem power supply problem when connectin modem to 64 pin connector

hi , this is lokesh , iam working with a sim300gsm modem ,and i have designed according to refrence sheet provided by simcom ,my pcb is working fine ,but when iam connecting the gsm modem to the 64 pin connector ,the power supply gets shorted ,,,,can any one find the solution .
