why does the ESR of a load capacitor generate a LHP zero?

If the load capacitor has ESR resistance, then this circuit gets a LHP zero for free.

I want to ask why this ESR generates a LHP zero?
 

I'm not sure if that can really help u cuz the question is not so clear

If u model the real capacitor impedance Z as a series of R (ESR=equivalent series resistance) and capacitance you got:

Z= R+1/(s•C) =(1+s•R•C)/(s•C) where s=j•2•π•f=j•w

(1+s•R•C) generate the LHP zero :roll:
