hi-isolated boost dc-dc converter help..

I am designing an isolated boost dc-dc converter..for Vin=250V and Vo=400V and calculating n from equation (Vo/Vin)=n/(1-D)..where I am taking D as 0.5..but not getting the required result as 400V. L and C are designed using the equations from boost converter design.

I have atttached capture 2 my design....
