Hello,

i want to designe a board with atmega32 that can convert digit for example 34H to voice,it means that micro read this digit and on the other side micro must read this digit loudly.i dont know what can i do?,if any one have any document or pdf or some help about the ICs that i can use or every thing else is acceptable.
