Hi everyone,

I'm a beginner on RF circuit design, and currently I am working with a broadband circuit (~40G)

The output of the chip (TIA) is differential, but the measurement equipment only comes with single RF input port, therefore I am looking if there is any method to combine them into single-ended output signal?

I checked the rat-trace coupler, but I found there will be approximately 6dB of attenuation at the difference port. Is it possible to implement it on MHMIC?

THANKS A LOT!!!
