Hi,
I want to write a netlist of an LNA UMTS but I have a probleme how I can define term1 and term2 in this case? Plz help me..:cry:

Here is my circuit:

How I can define term1 and term2 to simulate S-parameter and NF?

Since you are using ADS just go to the S-parameters tab simulation and put the S-parameters block simulation in the schematic window, activate noise measurement and you are done, about S-parameters and NF simulation.
Why you need a Spice netlist? Any special reason for that?
About term1 and term 2. Term1 must be defined as 50 Ohm (input impedance of an antenna), Term 2 can be 50 ohm or an input impedance of a mixer, usually a capacitor with a few hundred fF depending on technology.

For the ADS simulation it's OK, I have already made it. But now I need to use HSPICE and compare the results of ADS ans HSPICE. I wants to make a study on the tools of simulation of LNA.

Ok! now i can understand better your problem, but not totally.
ADS is done! OK!
What are the other tools that you are using to compare the circuits?
Cadence?
Since you are using ideal components, except the transistors i think, it will not be that difficult if you have the same transistors in the library of other tools.
So i think the problem is that you dont know how to simulate it your circuit in other tool? right?
If that it's true, what tool are you using to simulate your circuit?

Now I use HSPICE and I try to use the same library of Transistor.

the probleme consist in the definition of term1 and term2 in Hspice.

Is this true?
