is it possible to sent instruction to microcontroller if the medium is air...?
if yes then how...?
and which component require to interface it...??

The microcontroller's instructions are stored internally in the Flash or on external EEPROMs and, the controller must fetch these commands to initialize the internal hardware to a well know state. Then, start executing your code.

That's why I think that instructions can't be transmitted wirelessly.

The question is rather not clear. If you are asking to communicate to and from a microcontroller to achive some functions wirelessly, it can be easily done by interfacing the microcontroller with TLP433 RF modules or even Zigbee is a popular choice today for wireless communications.
Cheers

tahnks.. I want to know that how can I send instructions from microcontroller to a digital camera through wireless medium and further recieve an image from digital camera. is there any card or module which can recieve the analogue input from a camera and convert it into digital output and further send this image to microcontroller..
digital camera......card......transmitter........receiver......card.....microcontroller......
