I am doing my m.tech project in ads software.i am very new to this software.can anyone give me the idea about how to design 2.4ghz lna and mixer by using ads.and also step by step procedure for both

Hi! Can you give more in information about the project?
1)What process are you using?
2)Specifications for the LNA and Mixer?
3)The termination for the LNA it will be a non 50 Ohm load (Input Impedance of the mixer) or a 50 Ohm load?

Process is 0.18um cmos.2.4GHz direct down conversion receiver front end
