I need to make a little class-E RF amplifier using the 2n7000 and I need to know it's the gate impedance.
The oscillator that I have outputs a sinewave on the 1Mohm oscillator port but a crap waveform on 50Ohm

yes I have seen the datasheed before I ask here, but I do not know where it refers to impedance, or do I have to calculate it? (maybe I need new glasses.. :)

I don't see this figure specifically stated on any of the data sheets, probably because it's frequency dependent. You may have to calculate it using the gate to source capacitance and your frequency or determine experimentally. I see there are some scholarly papers on the subject that are for sale.

But usually the mosfet gates should have much higher impedance at least not in the class of 50 ohm right?
