I have these errrors in DRC.which can be ignored from these errors. The following are the errors iam getting

1.[1406] SkewEdge:(this error from inductor)
2.[1] 4.1J: Minimum DIFFUSION density over 500x500um^2 area is 20%.
3.[1] 4A.19P: Minimum PO1 density over 1000x1000um^2 area is 15%.
4.[3] 4A.21M: Maximum NPLUS diffusion to nearest P+ pick-up spacing is 20um

... which can be ignored from these errors.

None. In general, no DRC error may be ignored, ask your foundry. An exception is only possible if you have a signed agreement with your foundry, stating that you take full responsibility for non-functionality of the dice.

DR means Design Rules, and a rule is a rule is a rule! (Unless you know how to break them properly.) ;-)

Erikl is correct. But errors 2 and 3 will be met after you have your filler cells put in. Either you need to put in the fillers...At the END of your design,(there is a automatic filler button in cadence if you pay for it) or the middle company between you and TSMC for example will put them in (which is what is normal). Any error with density or 20% blah blah blah will be met later on.
