Hi all,

I m trying to simulate a 2D structure with the Frequency domain solver, the structure composed periodic boundary conditons in x direction ,open boundary constions in y and z directions and the wave incident from z-axis. But I do not know how to build a incident wave. Do I need to build a plane wave or ports?

Any suggestions are welcome!

Tks in advance.
