i have program the pic (16f877a) for the output at port d in binary..
so all portd.0 until d7 will ON in binary value..

my problem is, how can i display the 8 bit binary to 3 seven segment display..
what IC i should use?

yes i know that is 7 segment decoder..
my problem is i have 8 bit parallel data..so i cant directly connect it to the decoder rite?
tanx.. :)

OK not a BIG deal u can use Micrcontroller in between 8-bit parallel data & three 7-segments display, just u need to program the microcontroller thatz it . . .
