which on is better,stick to i vlsi field or else strugling to get a job in psu or ies

right ow i m workig i vlsi domain just having 4 months experiance. i have passed my b.tech on 2009,but i dont know what is the future of vlsi,how can i grow myself in this field??? how many days it will take to wellestablish myself.but now i want to do preparation for psu or ies exam,which is better ,which line is better for me please sugest me,,??
 

i donno about psus or ies.. vlsi has a very good growth potential in India. If you have the right skills and dedication(yes, i mean looong work hours) you can strive well in the industry with loots of companies in the vlsi sector
