Hi all,
In present application, What's the most popular used LDO?
Or what's the type number of LDO u've ever used?

If we wanna design a popular LDO, what spec do u suggest,
like the value of Vin, Vo, load current, drop out voltage, etc. ?

Thanks

I think that dropout, vin range ,PSRR, line/load transient/regulation.

I didn't mean what's the parameter,
I mean what's the value of these parameters?

Thanks.

Sorry. in my opinion, the polular LDO SPEC is Vin 2~5.5, dropout 300mV, Iout 500mA, PSRR 50dB @10KHz , load regulation 0.3%, line regulation 0.1%/V

I advise you to download a Application Note about LDO at TI net address
the doc is very complicated about your question.

Anyone have gotten idea to improve radiation immunity from mobile phone for LDO? In my LDO design, EMI is poor. When a dailing mobile is close to LDO, LDO's output voltage drop to 0v at 217Hz that is mobile's frequency.

I like the LDO dropout voltage is about 100mV, Maxim has such products.
And maximum current should be more than 500mA.
I think ADP1711 is one of the best LDO up to now. I like use it, but it only output about 100mA.
I like ADA4841 also, but it's limit is only +12V. Hope Analog device can extend it to +16V.

Low Noise is an important spec for some applications. 30uV rms noise is required somewhere.
